Matthew Henglong

My name is Matthew Henglong Luo, and I go by Matthew or Henglong.

 

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Sociology and a member of the GenTime research project at the University of Oxford. I obtained my DPhil in Sociology at the University of Oxford. Prior to Oxford, I studied my MPhil Education Research at the University of Cambridge, and prior to that, MRes Management and MSc Management at UCL School of Management, University College London.

I am primarily interested in research topics including diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI), careers, gender, social capital, family sociology, economic sociology, and sociology of education.

 

In daily life, I am fond of opera, classical music, ACG music, cooking, English literature, tennis, and Japanese anime.
